Pricing for longer stays upon request.Additional person: € 10,- per nacht

* Applicable for a stay of minimal 5 days; for a shorter stay a price of € 245,- per night applies (10 persons)

** Applicable for a stay of minimal 5 days; for a shorter stay a price € 120,- per night applies (4 persons)

Above mentioned prices are including:

• 1 x per week clean towels and sheets;
• basic cleaning for stays longer than 8 nights;
• use of small safe in studios;
• upon request a baby bed 
• wireless internet via 3G connection

Above mentioned prices are excluding:

• Use of airconditioning.

Water and electricity costs are relatively high in Curacao so we request to take this in account. There is for example no sense in leaving the air-conditioning on whilst you are not present....there are individual electricity meters for the air-conditioning. There is an extra charge of 0,75 Naf per KWh (= cost price). You therefore have the cost of the airco in your own hands, the more you use, the higher the charge. The airco systems are the most modern, with remote controls and can be time-programmed. There are also fans in the studio’s and main house.. they are free to use. For a cool breeze the Main house and studio’s have shutterdoors and shutterwindows completed with bugscreens.

Additional services (not included):

• transfer from and to the airport, (37,50 Naf pp);
• groceries package (actual costs + 25 Naf service)
